About Michael “Coach” Coachman:
I am proud to say that I’m not a career politician, but neither was President Donald Trump when he was elected. While I’m not Mr. Trump, both of us have the advantage of being an outsider, and BOTH of us are very good for North Dakota.
I love my country. I love my state. And I love our great citizens. I am honored to earn your vote in November. I look forward to serving you, and restoring citizen control in our state!
I am a long term resident of Larimore, ND and settled in the community after my military service.
I am an Air Force veteran who served 20 years defending and protecting my country, and I intend to do the same for North Dakota.
I took my job seriously then and continue to do so in every capacity I am called to serve in.
I learned through my service to my country that it is important to look out for our most precious resource: Our people.
If I am honored to be elected as governor, I will work with the people of North Dakota as a team to get the job done.
I served 8 years on the Larimore city council, helped in a prison ministry and helped in the fight against Fufeng, a Chinese company that purchased land here in North Dakota.
I have Bachelor’s degrees in management, marketing, and human resources, and will put this knowledge to work for the people of North Dakota.
I have been married to my wife, Vicki, for 36 years and have 4 children: Kevin (deceased), Darcy, Michael II and Vanessa.
I have 12 grandchildren and am 100% for Right to Life.
As your governor, I will defend, protect and uphold the Constitutions of the United States and North Dakota, as well as empower our citizens.
